Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and warm I brought your product , slippers in Australia for a friend in the USA , the size was wrong I required a 10 instead of a 9, so I contacted your USA office in Grand Rapids and spoke to Jacob Bright , he was so helpful and assisted in exchanging the sizes over , this aliviated me having to return them to Australia and then repost back to the USA , you have a good manager in Jacob , and a little help as what he offered really makes me want to tell everyone about emu and their products , I'm in business and customer service I believe is a vital part of business , I can only say your Australia and. Grand Rapids office were outstanding , wade laverack .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like walking on angels pillows! Just received my ashfords. Very quick delivery. Credit to EMU and AusPost. I am a size 10 in AUS ordered 10 in UK. Lengthwise perfect fit. Width wise it runs a tidbit tight. I have rather wide feet though so I am used to it. The soles are quite impressive. I wasn't expecting much when I ordered them but they are very good. They absorb a lot of impact when stepping, I barely notice the feel of our horribly done cemented porch when I walk on it. On that note the rubber soles will stop the slippers from getting torn to shreds like my old pair (not EMU). Do not underestimate these soles. Wool = Heavenly, exquisite, SUPER soft, >9000... Get the picture? Lined throughout the entire shoe!!!! Highly recommended. I'll be ordering the Peterson next. Removeable Insoles! Winning! -Darren

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good Quality but difficult to put on Just arrived today, lovely quality. But sadly one serious issue is the slipper opening is simply too small to get my feet into and I have needed to cut the side of the slipper to make them easier to put on. The size itself is perfect (Size 14) but they clearly have underestimated the opening needed to get my large feet in

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great durable slipper This is the second purchase of this item, the first lasted over three years. A good comfortable slipper to wear around the house, highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cozy slippers I got one pair for my husband and other one for myself. We are both very satisfied with this purchase. I wear them only while sitting down, like watching TV, reading, or working on computer (these are slippers, not good walking shoes for doing housework etc.). Thanks these slippers for keeping my feet warm and dry, without using my electric pad, thick socks and blankets. At nightime I go to bed with warm feet! My shoe size is 9 and I ordered size 10. It fits well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very comfortable! I love the EMU Australian made slippers. I have 5 pairs, of the slip on Esperence version - they're great - very comfortable, and convenient.) This is the first pair of the Ashford version, that I've tried. They're especially nice, and cozy, for around the house, on a winter evening. I've tried some of the cheaper ones, but recommend the "Australian Made" EMU. The quality is much better, and they last longer - definitely worth the slightly higher price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm, comfortable and sturdy I purchased these originally for my son and hadn't had a chance to give them to him yet. When my son-in-law moved my car for me he saw them on the front seat of my car, he grabbed them, put them on and that was that. He loves them and wears them often. Says that they are great to walk the dog outside. The soles are sturdy, not like your typical slipper and really keep his feet warm. I'm sure I'll be buying another pair for next holiday season. Note: they do run a bit small so size up one or two sizes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality The opening is too small for my feet to slip in. I'll keep them, and make some alternation with the top opening at local shoe repairs. I normally wear size 10.5-11. Ordered size 12 but I could use more toe room.
