EMU Australia is committed to customer satisfaction.
If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return it to EMU Australia within 30 days - in the condition that you received it - and we will ship your exchange request or issue you a refund.
Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website, has a valid invoice and it is within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Goods ordered with the assumption they were a different brand, look or feel will not be refunded.
Prior to returning an item, an email must be sent to osales@emuaustralia.com to inform our staff that you plan on returning an item and the reasoning behind such return.
If you want to return boxed or packaged goods, they must be returned to EMU Australia in the original unmarked packaging in good condition.
All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer. The original shipping costs are not refundable.
Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your return once received.
Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.
Exchange Policy
If within 30 days of receipt of your goods you wish to exchange them for a different size, please email us at osales@emuaustralia.com
Goods will only be accepted for an exchange if they have not been worn or damaged.
Note that the return shipping costs and any duties payable on the exchange pair will also be the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds
For customers requesting a refund, these will typically be granted as long as the item is received by EMU Australia in the original condition that it was sent.
Refunds will have international shipping fees (incurred in originally shipping the item to you) deducted from the purchase price - unless the reason for the return / refund involves fault on the part of EMU Australia.
Typically, orders from the USA and Europe will incur shipping and duty charges of approx $45 - $60 AUD, so refunded amounts will be the purchase price less this figure.
